IWA 4 RWHM 2026 will be held as a hybrid conference, enabling both in-person and online participation to maximize global accessibility and inclusiveness.
To promote global equity and knowledge sharing, online participation will be free of charge for participants from Low and Middle Income Countries (LMIC), as defined by World Bank classifications.

Visa Applications: International travel requires advance planning. Please apply for your Cambodian visa well in advance. The organizing committee can provide invitation letters for visa applications.
Funding & Grants: We recommend securing funding early, as many institutions require 2-3 months notice for international travel approval.
Flight Bookings: Early bird registration aligns with optimal flight booking periods (2-3 months in advance) for better rates.
